We ship Monday to Thursday to avoid any hold up over the weekend.

Options:
1. All door step deliveries at a flat rate of $1.49 (Ninjavan)

2. Mailbox deliveries are on us (F.O.C). Only for items (eg.cotton cover and fitted jar covers) that fit into a regular mailbox.

3. Free delivery on purchase $50 and above.

Returns

 

We love our products and hope you do too, however, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchange. However, we will send a prompt replacement if the product arrives damaged.

 

 

Packaging

 

Our live cultures are double packed in Heat Sealed, Food Grade materials. Kombucha Scoby can stay healthy and happy for up to 30 days, Milk kefir and Water kefir grains up to 7 days from the day the product leaves our premises.
